Senior Key Account Manager

We are now searching for a Senior Key Account Manager who will join Falck’s journey in digital services and innovation with a strong customer focus. Are you Falck’s future ambassador in sales of new products and digital services?

In this role, you are responsible for Falck Finland's local sales, budgets, marketing plans as well as execution of the projects. You drive sales and key account management of Falck's roadside assistance business through outstanding entrepreneurial attitude and positive, professional customer service. Your tasks will include implementing and localizing Nordic strategic sales and marketing plans; you initiate, implement and follow-up on budgets and provide sales forecasts. You will work both on strategic and operational level, cooperating with Falck's Nordic commercial team.

We appreciate your understanding of business models and B2B-services we provide both personal interest towards automotive business and digitalization of roadside services. As a Senior Key Account Manager, developing key accounts is a central part of your work. It is essential that you enjoy building relations and seeking for opportunities to better understand the market and our clients businesses. Due to your entrepreneurial mindset, accountability as well as commercial and business sense, you will identify business opportunities and fulfill customers’ needs together with the operations team in Finland.

We are looking for a candidate with preferably a commercial or other relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and approximately 10 years of experience in sales and account management. You have had the role of a KAM or sales manager and shown excellent skills in account management. We expect you to have a strong background in individual sales management, sales processes, key account management, tender management and overall customer satisfaction.

As a person, we hope that you are self-motivated, communicative, entrepreneurial and able to perform with a high degree of independence. We expect you to be a native Finnish speaker, with English as a working language. You enjoy traveling to meet your clients in Finland and colleagues in our Nordic team. You will be based in our Helsinki office and report to Falck’s VP Nordic Commercial in Norway.
